Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions form part of the agreement between Jackson Property Partners Ltd (“JPP”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and the participant (“you”, “your”) enrolling on the Your Property Pathway 12-Month Mentoring Programme. By purchasing or commencing the programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions together with the Your Property Pathway Charter.

1. Purpose of the Programme

The Your Property Pathway Programme is a mentoring and educational programme designed to develop your knowledge, skills and confidence in property investment.

Whilst we provide education, guidance, accountability, introductions and support, you remain solely responsible for all decisions you make regarding property purchases, financing, investments and business activities.

2. Programme Duration

The programme runs for 12 months from the agreed commencement date.

Your access to mentoring sessions, events, educational resources and support expires at the end of the 12-month period unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unused mentoring sessions or benefits cannot be carried forward beyond the programme end date.

3. Participant Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • actively participate in the programme;
  • attend scheduled mentoring sessions where reasonably possible;
  • complete agreed actions between meetings;
  • communicate honestly about your progress and challenges;
  • take responsibility for implementing advice and recommendations;
  • seek professional legal, tax, mortgage or financial advice where appropriate.

Your success depends largely upon your own commitment, effort and implementation.

4. Our Responsibilities

Jackson Property Partners will:

  • provide mentoring, education and accountability in accordance with the Programme Charter;
  • make reasonable efforts to deliver the programme as described;
  • provide support during the programme period;
  • treat participants professionally and respectfully.

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to programme content, speakers, resources, schedules or delivery methods where necessary.

5. Meetings and Attendance

Where mentoring sessions are booked:

  • you are responsible for attending at the agreed time;
  • if you cannot attend, reasonable notice should be given;
  • missed appointments without reasonable notice may be treated as forfeited;
  • rescheduling is subject to availability.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Every participant’s circumstances, finances, experience and goals are different.

Accordingly:

  • we do not guarantee that you will purchase a property;
  • we do not guarantee that you will secure funding;
  • we do not guarantee any financial return;
  • we do not guarantee business growth, profit or investment success.

Any examples, case studies or success stories are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as promises of future performance.

7. Independent Decisions

All investment decisions remain entirely yours.

You acknowledge that:

  • property investing involves risk;
  • markets may rise or fall;
  • finance availability may change;
  • legislation and taxation may change.

You accept full responsibility for your own investment decisions.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat confidential information shared during the programme respectfully.

You agree not to distribute:

  • training materials;
  • templates;
  • documents;
  • recordings;
  • member resources;
  • intellectual property

without our written permission.

9. Intellectual Property

All course materials remain the intellectual property of Jackson Property Partners.

They are licensed solely for your own personal use during the programme.

Materials may not be:

  • copied;
  • reproduced;
  • shared;
  • sold;
  • uploaded online;
  • distributed to third parties

without written consent.

10. Refund Policy

Programme Fees

Your place on the programme reserves mentoring capacity, access to resources, events and ongoing support throughout the 12-month programme.

For this reason, all programme fees are non-refundable.

This applies whether:

  • the programme has been paid in full upfront;
  • payment is made by instalments;
  • you choose not to attend sessions;
  • you decide not to continue participating;
  • your circumstances change;
  • you do not make use of the available mentoring, events or resources.

Once your place has been confirmed, Jackson Property Partners commits resources and availability specifically for you throughout the programme period.

Accordingly, no full or partial refunds will be offered for any unused portion of the programme.

This does not affect any statutory cancellation rights that may apply under UK consumer legislation where applicable.

11. Monthly Payment Plans

Where the programme is purchased using an agreed monthly payment plan:

  • payments remain due in accordance with the payment schedule;
  • stopping participation does not automatically cancel your payment obligations;
  • failure to attend does not remove your obligation to pay outstanding instalments.

12. Cancellation by Jackson Property Partners

We reserve the right to terminate your participation if:

  • you behave abusively towards staff or other members;
  • you repeatedly cancel sessions;
  • you engage in unlawful activity;
  • you misuse confidential materials;
  • you materially breach these Terms & Conditions.

Termination under this clause will not create any entitlement to a refund.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Jackson Property Partners shall not be liable for:

  • investment losses;
  • property purchase decisions;
  • failed transactions;
  • mortgage refusals;
  • tax liabilities;
  • legal disputes;
  • business losses;
  • indirect or consequential losses;
  • loss of profit;
  • loss of opportunity.

Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the programme shall not exceed the total programme fee actually paid by you.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence;
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • illness;
  • extreme weather;
  • pandemic;
  • government restrictions;
  • venue closures;
  • technology failures;
  • power outages.

Where possible, alternative arrangements will be made.

15. Privacy

We will process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.

16. Complaints

If you have concerns regarding the programme, we encourage you to raise them promptly so that we can resolve them in a constructive and timely manner.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Your Property Pathway Charter and any signed enrolment documentation, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England, Wales or Northern Ireland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
